LES TERRASSES DU MIDI
IN ROGNONAS

It is a creation of 10 collective housing units in two buildings, on one hand the renovation of the original “mas” and on the other hand the creation of a new building. Our wish was to respect as much as possible the architecture of the old “mas” built in 1928. For this, we worked insistently on the façade to restore its original brilliance. The major points of the renovation were the restoration of the fresco and the conservation of the stone frames. The new part, results from the demolition of an old shed on which we built a building with 4 housing units with nice volumes.

In these two buildings, each housing unit get crossing lights, an exterior, and is equipped to optimize the comfort of buyers. Some of them are even accessible to people with reduced mobility.
